I'm a pole vaulter at UF originating from the tampa area, also where I was lucky to have some instruction from David Watson! I finally get to see some footage of his vaulting!! :D
David was one of Fla's greatest vaulters. He was fast and strong. He had a powerful swing and an incredible ability to get way way back on the pole. I have more video of David at Fla and will post when I can get to it. Thanks for your comment. Jerry
